Conducted ten-year forecast and analysis of passport issuance
Conducted forecast and analysis of airport passenger traffic during the 2002 World Cup Tournament
Researched major issues related to accessibility in sponsor travel and identified problem areas in the industry
Determined required travel package design by travel agencies to meet the needs of a key market segment, the aging baby boom generation
Conducted survey to study fall travel patterns, fall vacation days granted, and workers’ views toward fall vacation
