We issue two publications that detail the most recent and important travel trends that affect the Japanese tourism industry. The “JTB Report,” drawn from our own in-house research, and the “Japanese International Travelers: Trends and Shopping Behavior,” prepared through joint research with TFWA, provide valuable information to tourism-related industries both in Japan and overseas.
Utilizing our research data, we can provide an analysis specific to a country or region. If necessary, we can also custom-tailor survey and qualitative analysis. Our international business partners give us the ability to conduct market research in other countries

We offer a seminar on the “Japanese overseas traveler” to tourism-related business representatives and foreign government officials who have tourism-related responsibilities. On request, we can also provide individual seminars on various tourism-related topics. JTM offers an extensive array of support services related to tourism promotion at the foreign destination, including research and consultation on tourism development, improvement of tourist facilities, service product development and marketing strategy.
