Shinobu Ozawa has more than 10 years experience of sales, domestic product development, and Japan-bound tourism in JTB Corp. Between 2017 and 2020, he worked for the UNWTO as a Senior Officer in the Regional Department for Asia and the Pacific. In that role, he served as the focal point for the Asia-Pacific tourism administration sector within the organization. As an experienced responsible tourism specialist, he is currently engaged in various global tourism projects.

After graduating from Waseda University in 1998, Shinobu Ozawa joined JTB Corp..
He has since worked in various departments, including sales, domestic product development, and Japan-bound tourism.
