At the Saison Group’s Center for Product Research (CORE), she engaged in research and development focused on food and lifestyle-related topics, as well as product development proposals. Since 1998, she has been with the Saison Research Institute (SRI), where she has been responsible for consumer and lifestyle analysis, trends in the restaurant and retail sectors, market research, and downtown revitalization initiatives. She has held her current position since April 2004.

"Creating Food Culture Stories: 'Millet Cuisine of the Nishi-Awa Region'"

To support the Agency for Cultural Affairs’ efforts to preserve and pass on food culture, we conducted a survey of the current situation through questionnaires and interviews. We worked to weave the narrative of the “Nishi-Awa Whole Grain Diet” while also raising awareness through the production of videos, pamphlets, and other materials.
