Leveraging his experience in the IT field, he is engaged in surveys, research, and consulting related to urban development and tourism digital transformation (DX) for local governments and private companies. Through the formulation of tourism DX strategies, support for the planning and implementation of digital tools, data utilization, and the development of tourism DX talent, he is working to achieve sustainable tourism destination management.
