After earning a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Hospitality Management from Johnson & Wales University in the United States, he joined the Grand Hyatt Shanghai in China, where he served as an Event Sales Manager. After completing a Master’s program in Tourism Studies at the Graduate School of Tourism Studies, Rikkyo University, he took on his current position in April 2020. Leveraging his experience in multiple countries, he focuses on consulting in global tourism business and sustainable tourism development. He holds a Professional Certificate in Sustainable Tourism from the Global Sustainable Tourism Council (GSTC).

We conducted a survey aimed at promoting outbound travel from Japan to Madrid. After analyzing the preferences, travel motivations, and barriers faced by Japanese travelers, we assessed the market potential by comparing these findings with the local reception environment and the appeal of tourism resources. Based on this analysis, we explored effective promotional strategies and directions for developing travel products tailored to the Japanese market.
