Beginning in 1997, she worked for 15 years as a tour conductor at JTB Support International Co., Ltd., primarily accompanying overseas group and package tours. Starting in 2012, she was responsible for operations related to Japanese group tours at the JTB Hong Kong branch. Through interactions with a diverse range of travelers, including seniors and people with disabilities, she gained extensive practical experience in customer service, on-site operations, and communication. She has held her current position since 2015. Drawing on her previous experience, she serves as a Universal Tourism Promotion Officer and is engaged in projects related to universal tourism with government agencies, local governments, and private-sector organizations. She also provides consulting services and lectures based on the concepts of “barrier-free mindset” and “disability awareness.”

Survey on Measures for Domestic Tourists in the Ogasawara Islands for FY 2025

We conducted a survey of companies in the Kansai and Chubu regions to examine the current state of employee benefits, workation, and remote work, and also investigated and analyzed the current state and needs regarding educational travel. We have compiled the results into a report.

R7 Minato Ward Tourist Volunteer Guide Training Support Services

Minato Ward Volunteer Tour Guide Training Program. We planned and managed a curriculum designed to train new volunteer tour guides and enhance the skills of existing guides. We conducted a 13-session training course for new guides and a 5-session skills enhancement course. We invited experts from a wide range of fields—from topics specific to Minato Ward, such as tourism studies, interacting with international visitors, and the basics of universal tourism, to broader general knowledge, including history and geography—to lead the sessions. (Implemented in collaboration with JTB Corporation)

FY 2024 Contract for the Operation of the Startup-Led Island Revitalization Promotion Project

Support services for attracting and promoting the activities of startups in Tokyo’s island municipalities. This includes providing ongoing support from the recruitment and selection of startups through to their matching with remote islands (the remote islands targeted for FY 2024 are Hachijojima, Miyakejima, Mikurajima, and Aogashima).
