FY 2024

Contract for Planning Services for the Minato Ward Shopping District Association

We will identify challenges related to business improvement and revitalization for the Shopping District Association and formulate a business plan from a medium- to long-term perspective. We will conduct surveys and interviews to analyze the current situation, generate ideas for new ventures that will serve as the cornerstone of the Association’s revenue-generating operations, and provide advisory services.

    Evaluation Analysis and Market Trend Survey for the Development of the Yurihonjo City Tourism Promotion Plan

    Prior to the revision of Yurihonjo City’s tourism promotion plan, we conducted a survey on trends among consumers and local stakeholders, as well as visitor data based on location information. In addition, we made proposals regarding the direction of infrastructure development, including an assessment of the business viability of roadside stations and measures to strengthen the organizational structure of the tourism association.

    Project to Develop a Master Plan for Tourism Development in Petra, Jordan

    In the Petra region, we formulated a master plan outlining the direction of tourism development for the 10-year period from 2023 to 2033, while analyzing the current state of tourism, identifying challenges, and assessing market trends. We systematically organized the measures necessary for tourism promotion from a multifaceted perspective, including the refinement of tourism content that leverages the region’s tourism resources and hospitality infrastructure, promotional initiatives, human resource development, and the establishment of a monitoring system.
